Whole 30 Weekend #4

LAST weekend on WHOLE30. Here's what I ate.
Meal #1:  2 Eggs with onions, red peppers, zucchini and two baby bell mushrooms. I also ate half an avocado and a cup of jasmine green tea!
Meal #2 : 4 oz. chicken breast seasoned with black pepper and baked in oven. Ate it on a bed of romaine lettuce with some cherry tomatoes on top. I also had the remaining half of my avocado from this morning. I drizzled 1/2 tbs. of balsamic vinegar on top.

Meal #3:  For dinner I cut up 2 sweet potatoes and baked them at 400 deg (F) with a dash of cinnamon. I paired them with 4 oz. of chicken breast ( I cooked 8 oz for lunch and ate half at lunch and half at dinner.) I also grilled 1 whole yellow onion for the side.  

Meal #1:  For breakfast this morning I sauteed up some kale (in coconut oil) and red peppers. Made a scramble (usual breakfast) with 2 egg yolks and 3 egg whites. 

Meal #2:  Went out for lunch today! Plutos it was. Mixed greens with: Sweet potato, mushroom, butternut squash, broccoli, balsamic onions, jicama and grilled chicken breast. Dressed with olive oil and vinegar.  

Snack: It was the superbowl this weekend! So I did end up doing a little "superbowl snack". But wasn't able to watch the full game, unfortunately. But the snack was delicious! ;) Spicy Cocoa Poppers Recipe

Meal #3:  Butternut Squash spaghetti with turkey meat pasta sauce. Paleo Meat Sauce Spaghetti
