Whole 30 "What I put on your plate" Day 10

I am going to apologize in advance.. I definitely forgot all about taking photos today! hopefully I'll describe well. But it's unfortunate, I ate out for most of my day! :(

Meal 1: 2 eggs (scrambled) in ghee with half an avocado and some sautéed spinach. (very small breakfast- I am never doing this again. I was ravenous by lunch.)

Meal 2: salad from Plutos again! My salad was: Mixed greens, red bell pepper, broccoli, mushrooms, jicama, chicken, onions drizzled with balsamic and olive oil.

Meal 3: salad from whole foods. Salad greatly resembles plutos, but it had salmon in it. I had a really long day today... Was not interested in cooking at all. :(

I did come home and eat some roasted butternut squash I made the night before like ~ 1/2 c.  I was REALLY hungry. Then I realized, i'm missing my FATS from all my meals today (except breakfast). Oops! Better luck tomorrow...I hope. Oh and I drank LOTS of water, and i'm STILL caffeine free. I feel fine, been drinking a lot of teas. At the end of my Whole30 i'll do a little Tea wrap up for you all!
