But I can say, i've thoroughly enjoyed all the foods i've been eating. And... *Drum roll please* i'm still CAFFEINE FREE! Woooo :)

Back to Whole foods I went for lunch today. This time- no salad. Impressed?
I opted for some cajun grilled veggies. I checked ALL the ingredients and they were all compliant. They were seasoned with a mix of paprika, cayenne, thyme? can't remember the rest. But it was a delicious blend of zucchini, squash, egg plant, bell peppers etc. I ate it with some shredded chicken on top. I also drizzled sesame oil on top. Like a tad.. Oh, and I got a side of guac for my fat.
I worked out very intensely tonight (p90x) I thought I was going to die. Haha, I didn't die... but I was very hungry. So I made a chicken veggie stir fry. Season chicken with lemon juice, paprika and black pepper add to a pan of sauteed veggies (onions, bell peppers) in ghee. Cook until soft, then add some balsamic vinaigrette to the pan. Makes it- DELICIOUS! I also ate a side of boiled cabbage with ghee and black pepper and half an avocado.
