Whole 30 "What I put on my plate" Day 16

I'm back from home now, yeah! Back to reality...grocery shopping. Well I had a lot to do today so I opted for some Whole food Salads to get me through the day before I had time to restock. 

Meal 1: Sorry- no photo this morning, I had left overs from last nights dinner
Meal 2: Came home from the train and went straight to Whole Foods before going to class. I got a nice salad with: mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, bell peppers, mushrooms, 1 egg, a scoop of shredded salmon, cucumbers topped with a light drizzle of balsamic and olive oil. I also had a cup of Traditional Medicinal Throat Coat tea. (still fighting that "maybe dairy flu" I got a couple days ago). 
Meal 3: I attempted to make an omelet  but then I forgot to scramble my eggs so it turned into a pan scramble. In here are 2 eggs, some Kale, and fire roasted bell peppers. Cooked with coconut oil (for my fat!)
