Whole 30 "What I put on my plate" Day 11

I remembered to take photos today- yeah!! And I came home for 2 out of 3 meals! That's such an upgrade from yesterday. Tomorrow, I have left overs so I HAVE to come home for food. Which automatically means- more photos! 

Meal 1: eggs (with fire roasted peppers from TJ) with half an avocado and some butternut squash (recipe soon) a cup of jasmine green tea! Yum..


Meal 2: salad from whole foods. Lets see it I remember what I put. Salad greens, 2 eggs, chopped salmon, cherry tomatoes, cabbage, kale, broccoli, bell pepper medley (green, red, orange, yellow), mushrooms with balsamic vinegar and olive oil as dressing. I ate alongside a cup of jasmine green tea (again!)


Snack: While the curry was cooking I ate a half an avocado. I was dying... I realized I totally forgot fats in my lunch! Oops!

Meal 3: Green Prawn curry! It serves two-or just me but for two days! Yeah, I have home cooked lunch tomorrow!


I drank lots of water today- but I'm getting sick. Hence the extra teas everywhere.
I'm drinking some throat cold tea now. (Whole 30 approved).

Can't be the dairy flu? I've been dairy free 11 days... Why come at me now? How's everyone else feeling?
