Dinner Rolls Done Right!

After having many cravings for bread, I decided what the heck lets try something! Egg whites make meringues... yes. But, can egg whites make bread? with no flour?? Yes. they can. So i'm very happy to show you this recipe that I found online and tweaked.

3 eggs (separated)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbs. splenda
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar

: Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Whisk together (with an electric mixer) 3 egg whites until ALMOST stiff. Then add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until stiff. Meanwhile, soften cream cheese in microwavable bowl for 30 sec. add in 3 egg yolks, splenda, vanilla extract and mix well. When egg whites are stiff gently fold in cream cheese mixture (be careful not to break egg whites). Spoon 1/4 c. onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in oven for ~ 25 minutes. Then leave in oven for ~ 15 minutes so they dry out.

Don't forget to try them as a sandwich bread! This is a yummy egg & cheese sandwich...mmmm!
