Cajun Shrimp

Have you ever had Bubba Gump Cajun-Style shrimp? Well, this is pretty much the home-made version! Anything in the pantry that sounded like it should go in a "cajun" tasting meal... went in this cajun tasting meal! But boy oh boy was it good!

1 lb. medium (20-35/bag) uncooked shrimp (with shell on)
1/2 c. Butter
1 tbs. McCormick Cajun Seasoning
1 tbs. Paprika
1 tbs. Garlic, ground
1 tbs. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/2 Lemon (just for a little drizzling!)
Salt & Pepper for seasoning

~Yields 4 servings

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Meanwhile, melt butter on stove top.  When butter is fully melted, mix in all the seasonings (except salt and pepper and lemon). Spread out thawed shrimp onto a cookie sheet (lined with aluminum foil) and season with salt and pepper. Pour butter and seasoning mixture over shrimp. Mix shrimp and try to coat evenly. Place shrimp in oven for ~ 15 minutes (or until shrimp turn pink!) Save extra sauce for dipping! Drizzle with fresh squeezed lemon.
