Chocolate Toffee Cupcakes

A little toffee and chocolate never hurt anyone, right? From simple chocolate cupcakes to... Decadent Chocolate cupcakes topped with crunchy toffee bits!
3/4 c. cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. coarse salt
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
1 Heath Bar, chopped
1 can Vanilla or Chocolate Frosting

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a standard 12-c. muffin tin with paper liners. Sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and sugar (best done with an electric mixer). Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Add in vanilla and flour mixture. Pour batter into cups until their 3/4 full. Bake for ~30 minutes. Allow to rest on wire rack for ~25 minutes before frosting! Meanwhile, coarsely chop of heath bar. When cupcakes have cooled, frost and top with toffee bits!
