REDOCinnamon Chocolate Chip Cookies

Regular Chocolate chip cookies, are always a fan favorite. But what would your taste buds do about an engulfed Snickerdoodle Chocolate Chip Cookie? You must taste to believe, the brilliant combination of cinnamon with good old fashion chocolate chip cookies!
1/2 c. + 2 tbs. butter, melted (1 stick)
1/2 c. white sugar
1 lg. egg
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. hot water
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1 1/2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Yields ~ 15 cookies

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together, flour, white sugar, egg, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Melt 1/4 c of semi-sweet chocolate and 2 tbs butter in double boiler until completely melted.  In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, vanilla, hot water and melted chocolate. Slowly, pour in chocolate mixture into flour until thoroughly combined. (you might have to work the dough with your hands a little bit) Next, freeze dough mixture for about 5 minutes. Pour in remaining chocolate chips and your ready to bake! Scoop about 1/2 tbs (1in wide) heaping of cookie dough and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes, let set before eating!! Be prepared: these are EXTRA gooey! ~ENJOY!
