Thought poaching an egg was hard at first but it's not as bad as expected! Here we go :)
1 Large Egg
2 Tbs. White Vinegar
2 c. Water
Directions: Boil water and vinegar together. Once boiled turn down heat to Medium. Crack egg inside a bowl (try to maintain a solid yolk). Once water is boiled and turned down to medium heat slowly drop egg inside pot. Get the bowl as close to the water as possible and drop egg at once. Quickly with a spoon move any of the white part of the egg that has moved away from the yolk. Try to get the majority of the egg in one concise location. Cover the stockpot with a lid and don't touch for 2 minutes. It's very important that after you drop the egg in the pan you do not touch it anymore. Use a spatula to pull poached egg out after 2 minutes and ~ENJOY!
